Who we are
MCX Growth Partners uses this website to introduce our services and receive applications from brands. We use the information you provide to review your enquiry and contact you about working together. For questions about your information, email mahlik@getmcx.com.
Your application
Our application opens on this page using Typeform. When you hover over, focus or press an application button, we may prepare the Typeform connection and download its form loader to reduce waiting. The form itself loads when you open it. These connections share information such as your IP address and browser details with Typeform to deliver the form. The answers you choose to submit are sent directly to Typeform and stored in MCX’s Typeform account. Campaign labels from the page address may accompany your application where the form supports them.
When our application inbox integration is enabled, a verified notification from Typeform also saves a copy of supported answers in MCX’s protected lead inbox. This can include your contact details, brand, website, growth priorities, advertising spend and other answers, together with the submission time and response reference. File uploads and payment details are not copied into that inbox.
The website can also record your measurement preference, application reference, landing page, campaign labels and referring website alongside the application. With measurement allowed, this includes the browser information used for Meta ad measurement described below. The completion notification in your browser does not contain your full Typeform answers.
Typeform’s own form settings govern any separate integrations inside the form. See Typeform’s privacy policy for information about its service.
The website application form
The built-in application form collects your name, email, brand, website if provided, growth priorities, advertising spend range and optional message. It saves these directly in MCX’s protected lead inbox, together with the submission time, contact permission, measurement preference, application reference and campaign information. Contact permission is required to submit this form.
Optional ad measurement
If you allow optional measurement, Meta Pixel records page visits and completed applications to help us understand which ads bring enquiries. A completed application is measured using its response reference; simply opening the form is not counted as a lead.
When our server-side Meta Conversions API integration is enabled, a verified completed application can also be measured from our server. This requires your measurement permission. Meta may receive the event time, page address, response reference, browser and ad-click identifiers, IP address, browser information, and hashed versions of your name and email when available. These identifiers help Meta match a submission to ad activity. Hashing does not make contact information anonymous. The same event reference is used to help Meta avoid counting the browser and server reports twice.
We do not send your full application answers as browser event properties. Google Analytics is not enabled on this website.
Your cookie choice
The website’s Meta measurement starts only after you allow it. You can decline measurement and still apply or play a video. Change your choice through Cookie preferences in the landing page footer. Withdrawing permission stops future optional measurement from this website; it does not recall events already sent.
We save your choice in your browser for up to 180 days. With permission, browser storage also keeps campaign information and Meta click identifiers; a saved click identifier is used for up to 90 days. Declining measurement removes the campaign and click information saved by this website and attempts to clear its measurement cookies. Clearing browser storage also removes your saved choice.
Video playback
Our growth film and founder videos use Wistia. A video connects to Wistia when you press play, so it can receive the connection information needed to deliver the video, including your IP address and browser information. Our player requests Wistia’s do-not-track setting. Playing a video does not require optional Meta measurement. See Wistia’s privacy policy for its practices.
Storage and your requests
MCX can access applications in its Typeform account and, when enabled, its protected lead inbox to review and respond to enquiries. Typeform responses are retained under the account’s settings. The website’s lead inbox does not automatically delete applications after a fixed period.
Contact mahlik@getmcx.com to ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, ask about retention, or tell us to stop contacting you about your enquiry. Include enough information for us to identify your application. Do not send passwords or account access tokens.
